We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed your order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via email at miumui.store@gmail.com with your order information and the reason for cancellation. Our customer service will reply and process the cancellation for you.
You will receive your item within 9 - 15 days of placing the order. Below is our shipping policy for your reference:
Note: During high season or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.
We also offer express delivery (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays).
Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by your country. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIUMUI FASHION cannot determine these fees during checkout.
Most shipments take 9–15 days. As we ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS, the product is handed over to your local postal service once it arrives in your country. Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Please do not refuse the package due to customs or tax charges. The carrier cannot return the items to us unless the fees are paid. If the package is abandoned in customs, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information are non-refundable for the original shipping fees. We are happy to re-ship the order to the correct address, but additional shipping charges will apply.
Once your order ships, an automatic tracking code will be emailed to you within a few days. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.
If your tracking code hasn’t updated after several days, please contact us immediately via email at miumui.store@gmail.com.
Note: Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive a tracking number for each separate package.
